The DesignBrasil Observatory website has the purpose of being a display window for national design. The web page publishes results of recognized contests in the sector and enables professionals with outstanding work to leave their portfolios online, and so the Observatory becomes a useful tool for entrepreneurs looking for new talents.

In the search for the most adequate professional, companies can also include ads in the job postings area. The page also presents indicators revealing the evolution of design in the scenario of national economy and its contribution to entrepreneurial development.

The Observatory was created and is coordinated by the Design Center Paraná and is hosted at the DesignBrasil Network portal. The website is supported by the Foreign Trade, Industry and Development Ministry (MDIC), under the Brazilian Design Program (PBD) and the Brazilian Micro and Small Businesses Support Program (Sebrae).
