Created and coordinated by the Design Center Paraná, the virtual DesignBrasil network foments information exchange and interaction among professionals, students, entrepreneurs and all who make a living from design in Brazil. To do so, it has the community DesignBrasil, where web users can register and cooperate in a variety of areas: event s calendar, professionals databank, articles section, etc. A network was built that has around 13.000 members and 720 design offices.

With this, the DesignBrasil works as space for integration, convergence and cooperation between design action in the whole country. The Brazilian design portal is an initiative of the Foreign Trade, Industry and Development Ministry (MDIC) under the Brazilian Design Program (PBD), in partnership with the National Industrial Learning Service (Senai) and Brazilian Micro and Small Businesses Support Program (Sebrae).
