On February 26 and 27 2004, the Design Center Paraná held a qualification seminar in Maceió (AL) for the managers of the Alagoas Design Network. The program was divided into 5 modules:

1. Collecting information with managers on the situation of the players in the local design chain and the status of the Alagoas Design Network, created in 2003;
   
2. Presentation of the Design Center Paraná's methodology and two success cases - Paraná Creation (Criação Paraná) and nEmployment Program (Linhão do Emprego);
   
3. Design management;
   
4. Innovation;
   
5. Discussion panel on cases presented and possible adaptation to local reality.
